Litofanias Artesanal offers an online platform for the configuration and management of personalized cylindrical lithophane orders — decorative objects that, when backlit, reveal photographic images with great detail. The complete order process follows these steps:

Upload photos
Upload between 3 and 6 photographs depending on the design
Add dedication
Optional, maximum 85 characters
Preview
Review the final composition before approving
Approve
Confirm the order to start production

Payment is handled externally, outside the website

To access the order service, you must create an account. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities carried out under their account. Specifically:
You must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information during registration
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not assign, transfer or share your account with third parties
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Security

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these Terms. The following is expressly prohibited:
Uploading images that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
Uploading images containing illegal, offensive, defamatory or pornographic material
Uploading images of people without their consent
Using the service for commercial or resale purposes without express authorization
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
Taking actions that overload or damage the service infrastructure
The user guarantees that they have the necessary rights over the images they upload and assumes sole responsibility for their content. Litofanias Artesanal reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that violate these conditions.

The platform manages order configuration and tracking. Payment is made exclusively through Wallapop, outside the Litofanias Artesanal website. The website does not store or process payment data of any kind.

The service, including its design, source code, logos, texts and other original content is the property of Litofanias Artesanal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited. Photographs uploaded by users remain the property of their owners; the user grants Litofanias Artesanal a non-exclusive, limited and revocable license to use such images solely for the purpose of producing and delivering the corresponding order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Litofanias Artesanal shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service
Loss of data, service interruptions or errors in image processing
Damages arising from use of images over which the user did not have sufficient rights
Production delays due to force majeure or causes beyond the provider's control
In any case, Litofanias Artesanal's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
