There are four layouts depending on the number of photos: Panoramic (3 photos, portrait 5:6 joined horizontally), Symmetric (4 photos, 2 large on sides + 2 small in the centre), Featured (5 photos, 1 large centre + 4 small on sides) and Grid (6 photos in a 3×2 grid). Each photo can be up to 10 MB in JPEG, PNG or WEBP.

Yes. When you select a layout, the system places the photos automatically in the right positions. In the Panoramic layout (3 photos) they are joined horizontally into one image. In the other layouts (4, 5 or 6 photos) each photo occupies its own slot. You will always see the final result before approving.

Yes, with no limit on attempts. If you are not satisfied with the preview, you reject the order, upload new photos and we process again. We only start manufacturing when you approve the result.

The manufacturing time is 5-10 business days once the images are approved. Once ready, home delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days depending on your location.

Yes. Your photos are never shared with third parties. They are stored securely and you can request their deletion at any time from the 'My Account' section. We comply with the European GDPR.

We ship to the entire Iberian Peninsula. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.

From your personal dashboard you can see the real-time status of your order: images uploaded, under review, in production, or shipped. We also notify you by email on every important status change.
